Installing software from Company Portal

The guide below is intended to outline how you can install software on your PC from the Company Portal.

  • Click on your 'Start Menu'.

  • (a) Check to see if the 'Company Portal' app has been pinned to the start menu (if not, move to (b) below).

  • (b) Start typing 'Company Portal' to search.

  • In the left-hand pane, select 'Apps'.

  • Find the app you want to install from the list of available apps.

(Note: you can also use the search bar at the top to search as well)

  • Click the 'Install' button.

(Note: Depending on the size of the app, it might take a while to install.)

  • Once the app has been installed successfully, you will see the words 'Installed' with a blue tick.

  • The app should now be appear in your start menu and be available for use.
