• Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail/

• If prompted, please login using your organisation email address and password.

• In the top right-hand corner of the web page, click your initials

(Note: If you have a profile photo set, this may appear here instead of your initials).

• From the menu that appears, click the “Open another mailbox” option.

• In the box that appears, start typing the email address of the mailbox you would like to open.

If the mailbox you are trying to open appears in the dropdown list (see screenshot) select it, if it doesn’t type in the whole email address.

• Once the mailbox has been selected, press the “Open” button.

• The selected mailbox should open in another tab in your chosen web browser.
